07:00 – 07:30: Pick up from your Hotel
The tour begins with pickup from your hotel in Cusco. Transportation is a minivan that will take tourists through beautiful landscapes of the Sacred Valley.
07:30 – 08:30: Trip to Maras
During the trip, passengers can enjoy the stunning Andean views as they head to the town of Maras. This trip takes approximately one hour.
08:30 – 09:00: Visit to the Town of Maras
Upon arrival in Maras, a visit to the local church and colonial doorways is made. Visitors can explore the town and learn a little about its history and culture.

09:00 – 10:00: Visit to Moray
After Maras, the tour heads to Moray, an ancient Inca agricultural laboratory. Here, visitors can observe the circular terraces that were used to experiment with different crops and microclimates. This site is fundamental to understanding the advanced agricultural techniques of the Incas.
10:00 – 11:00: Salineras de Maras
The next stop is the Salineras de Maras, where more than two thousand natural salt wells can be seen. Visitors will learn about the traditional salt extraction process that has been in use since Inca times. This place is known as “the white gold of the Andes” due to its historical and economic importance.

11:00 – 12:00: Possible Visit to Chinchero (if time permits)
If time permits, a visit will be made to the archaeological site of Chinchero, known for its stunning views and artisan market. Here, visitors can observe traditional textile production and learn about the local culture.
12:00 – 14:00: Return to Cusco
The tour concludes with the return to Cusco, arriving approximately between 14:00 and 14:30. Along the way, travelers can reflect on the wonders they have explored on this tour of the Sacred Valley.
