Peru Memories Sociedad Anónima Cerrada (hereinafter, the “Agency”), with RUC No. 20614248697 and registered address at Av. Industrial A-16, Dpto. 115, URN Residencial Santa Barbara, in compliance with Law No. 29733 – Personal Data Protection Law, its Regulations approved by Supreme Decree No. 003-2013-JUS, and other complementary regulations, informs its clients, suppliers, and third parties in general about its personal data processing policy.
2. Purpose of Data Processing
The Agency collects and processes personal data for the following purposes:
- To manage reservations, sales of travel packages, tickets, and other tourism services.
- To handle requests, inquiries, or complaints.

The Agency adopts the necessary technical, organizational, and legal measures to ensure the security and confidentiality of personal data, preventing its alteration, loss, unauthorized processing, or unauthorized access.

The Agency may share personal data with third-party providers (e.g., hotels, airlines, local operators) exclusively to fulfill the purposes mentioned, ensuring that such providers comply with equivalent protection standards.
In the case of international data transfers, it shall be ensured that the recipient country provides an adequate level of protection in accordance with Peruvian regulations.
