Welcome to the digital channel of Perú Memories S.A.C., registered with RUC No. 20614248697 and domiciled at Av. Industrial A-16, Dpto. 115, URN Residencial Santa Barbara (hereinafter, the “Agency”), available through its website [www.perumemories.com] and/or mobile applications (together, the “Digital Channel”).
By accessing, browsing, booking, or contracting our services through the Digital Channel, the user fully and unconditionally accepts the following Terms and Conditions of Use. If you do not agree with any of these terms, we recommend refraining from using the Digital Channel.
1. Services Offered
Through the Digital Channel, the Agency offers:
- Reservations and sales of travel packages.
- Sales of airline and ground transportation tickets.
- Reservations for lodging, tours, and activities.
- Personalized advisory services for travel experiences.
2. Use of the Digital Channel
- The user declares to be of legal age (18 years or older) and legally capable of contracting.
- All information provided must be truthful, complete, and up to date.
- The user agrees to use the Digital Channel responsibly and respectfully towards the Agency, other users, and applicable laws.
3. Booking Confirmation
Once payment or pre-payment has been made, the system will issue a confirmation email with the booking details. In certain cases, validation of availability by external providers (hotels, operators, airlines) may be required. In such cases, the final confirmation will be sent via email within a maximum period of 48 hours.
4. Payment Policies
- All prices are expressed in Peruvian soles (PEN) and U.S. dollars.

- Payments may be made via credit/debit cards, bank transfers, or secure payment gateways.
- Some offers or packages may require advance or non-refundable deposits, which will be clearly disclosed prior to purchase.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policies
5.1 Cancellations by the User
- Up to 15 days before the start of the service: 80% refund.
- Between 14 and 7 days before the start of the service: 50% refund.
- Less than 7 days before the start of the service or no-show: No refund.
Note: Certain reservations, such as airline tickets or archaeological site admissions (e.g., Machu Picchu), are non-refundable. These conditions will be specified at the time of purchase.
5.2 Cancellations by the Agency
- If Perú Memories S.A.C. cancels a service for reasons attributable to the Agency, the user may choose between:
- A full refund of the amount paid, or
- Rescheduling of the service for an alternative date.
5.3 Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 15 business days, deducting bank or payment gateway commissions, if applicable.
- Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used in the original transaction.
6. Liability of the Agency
Perú Memories S.A.C. acts as an intermediary between the user and third-party providers (hotels, local operators, airlines, etc.), and therefore does not assume direct responsibility for incidents, delays, cancellations, or modifications made by such third parties.
Nevertheless, the Agency will provide assistance and support in the management of claims with said providers.
7. Intellectual Property
All contents of the Digital Channel (texts, images, videos, logos, etc.) are the property of Perú Memories S.A.C. or their respective owners and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Their reproduction without prior express authorization is strictly prohibited.
8. Personal Data Protection
The processing of personal data provided by users is carried out in accordance with our [Personal Data Protection Policy], in compliance with Peruvian Law No. 29733.
9. Amendments to the Terms
The Agency reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any modifications will be published on the Digital Channel and will become effective upon publication.
10. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
This document is governed by the laws of the Republic of Peru. Any dispute shall be resolved before the competent courts of the judicial district of the domicile of Perú Memories S.A.C.
